The clash continues between Mediaset e Vivendi. During the week, the leaders of the Alfa await the decisions of theAGCOM on the appeal presented last December 20 against the takeover of the French giant.
Mediaset's thesis is that the group led by Vincent Bollorè violated the rules established by the Consolidated Text of Audiovisual and Radio Media Services (Tusmar) by purchasing 28,8% of Mediaset, despite already having 23,9% of Telecom Italy.
The appeal will be at the center of the next meeting of the Authority, the first after the Christmas holidays. In any case, Vivendi, in addition to having the possibility of depositing material in support of its position, will be able to challenge any decision of the Authority before the Lazio Regional Administrative Court within 60 days.
