Marchionne: "Chrysler can't stop now"

"Chrysler is back, more creative and dynamic than ever," and the new corporate culture enables them to "make decisions faster than before." The group's CEO said, Sergio Marchionne, emphasizing that “excellent products alone are not enough to guarantee success” and that Chrysler cannot "stop now, cannot afford to rest, must remain focused and committed to stay on track".

The number one of the detroit house and Fiat spoke during the Dealer Announcement Show in Las Vegas, where representatives of the Group's over 2.600 dealerships from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Europe were present ( about seventy dealerships represented), for a total of 51 countries. Marchionne and the heads of the seven brands (Chrysler, Fiat, Ram, Mopar, Dodge SRT and Jeep) gave a preview of 66 models that will be presented in the future.

“We are less than two years away from having an almost entirely renewed product line compared to the one we could offer in June 2009,” continued Marchionne. The number one at Lingotto expressed gratitude for the dealerships, who carried on with their work "despite the hard times and the uncertainty of our destiny", underlining that "today the ambition is to renew promises as we move towards a new part of the journey”.
