Maneuver, health care: stop to the ticket until the end of 2011

Stop paying the health ticket until the end of the year. From 2012, on the other hand, unless there are other extensions, the 10 euro tax on specialist visits and emergency rooms will be paid again. This is one of the measures envisaged in the draft of the Government's economic manoeuvre. To avoid the introduction of the co-payment, 2011 million will be allocated in 486,5, but starting from 2012 January 2007 "the provisions" of the 10 Budget law were confirmed, which established a 25-euro co-payment for specialist outpatient assistance and XNUMX euros for first aid 'white codes'.

As regards the Fund to support the real economy, the so-called Letta Fund, the draft provides for cuts of over 3,5 billion euros between 2012 and 2020. From 2020 onwards, the Fund will be reduced by 240 million per year. News also on the front of the liberalization of professions. With the manoeuvre, some barriers are eliminated, including that of the limitation of some licenses that hinder access to the professions. It is envisaged that "the restrictions on access to and exercise of the professions envisaged by the current legislation, other than those of architects, engineers, lawyers, notaries, pharmacists and road hauliers, are repealed four months after the entry into force of the decree". Among the stakes that will be canceled is that of limiting the number of licenses. Also stop the imposition of minimum distances "between the locations of the offices appointed to exercise the profession".

The maneuver also includes the Plan "of national interest for the construction of the national NGN telecommunications infrastructure", which will be implemented "through the rationalization, modernization and coordination of existing infrastructures", i.e. the copper network. The plan is aimed at achieving the objectives of the European digital agenda which provides for Internet for all citizens at speeds above 30 Mb and for 50% above 100 Mb. The rules also provide that "universal service obligations may be imposed on the owners of the infrastructures constituting the NGN national telecommunications network".
