Maneuver, no amnesty on cash

In the latest version of the decree that accompanies the Government's economic maneuver for 2017, there is no longer the standard on the 35% lump sum on the emergence of cash, replaced by normal progressive tax rates - Back to the voluntary disclosure

Maneuver, no amnesty on cash

In controversy with the bureaucrats of the European Commission, Prime Minister Matteo Renzi reiterated yesterday that the government has no intention of changing the budget maneuver for 2017 but has not ruled out small corrections. The most important of which will be the one that archives the amnesty in cash, on which even the Quirinale had shown perplexity.

In the latest version of the tax decree that accompanies the government's budget law, that rule no longer exists. So farewell to the provision which provided for the 35% lump sum on the emergence of cash. The amnesty will be replaced by the return to the original Voluntary disclosure and the adoption of normal progressive tax rates.

Without the amnesty in cash, the parliamentary path of the budget maneuver should become a little easier
