Further increase in the tax on capital shields in 2013: the rate rises from 10 per thousand to 13,5 per thousand. With a sub-amendment to maneuver of the speakers approved this night the government proposal on this issue was changed.
The shielded capital will therefore be subject to a special annual stamp duty of 4 per thousand for 2011. For 2012 the rate is set at 10 per thousand and for 2013, with the go-ahead for the sub-amendment by the rapporteurs, the rate went from 10 per thousand to 13,5 per thousand.
