With reference to the public subscription offer of the Maire Tecnimont Senior Unsecured Notes due 30 April 2024, launched on 18 April, Maire Tecnimont informs that the subscription of the minimum nominal value of 150 million has already been reached.
The public offer of the bonds on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and on the electronic market of Borsa Italiana bonds - up to a maximum amount of 250 million euro - is underway and will end on 24 April, with the date of settlement of the related contracts on 3 May.
