With this contract, Luxy continues its commercial expansion plan in the United Arab Emirates and aims to increase the turnover produced in the region, which today is quantified at over 800 thousand euros.

Luxy's new order in the United Arab Emirates

The contract concerns a government project, divided into several phases and lasting several years.

La first phase of the project involves the supply of approximately 4.000 "flexible" seats, distributed between the "breakout" and "soft seating" models. These will be allocated to the common areas, designed for multifunctional spaces dedicated to moments of comfort and relaxation, as well as "operational" areas designed to satisfy concentration and productivity needs. The overall value of the contract is estimated at around 400 thousand euros.

The feature that allowed Luxy to win the UAE contract, explains a note, is the customization of the seats, which the company is able to adapt according to the customer's needs without distorting the original design.

Luxy's presence in the United Arab Emirates

Luxy is present in the Emirates with two showrooms, both a Dubai (one of 800 mXNUMX at Al Khayat Ave; the other in the FINASI headquarters in the Al Quoz Industrial Area), which display executive, operational and soft seating sessions. These products are particularly appreciated by the local market, mainly composed of public offices and international companies, including prestigious clients such as Yves Saint Laurent and important financial institutions such as Bank Mashreq and the Central Bank of Oman.

For the next three years, Luxy plans a turnover growth deriving from exports to the United Arab Emirates, amounting to 2,5 million euros, corresponding to 10% of the overall turnover. The significant ongoing negotiations for further projects, both in the United Arab Emirates and in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, will also contribute to this result.
