Leonardo and Federmanager, together with the Coordination of the Group Managers' RSA, have signed the agreement on early retirement which will involve a maximum of 65 managers over the 4 years following the departures scheduled for the two-year period 2018-2019.
“The signing of the agreement – reads the note – represents an important step for the pursuit of the objectives of the 2018-2022 Business Plan: generational turnover and modernization of skills, recovery of efficiency, operational flexibility and corporate competitiveness. The effective dialogue with managers and their trade union representatives continues, in line with the role of strategic interlocutors in the context of a modern model of industrial relations”.
The implementation of the agreement will also be monitored to evaluate possible extensions.
