Construction manufacturing SMEs welcome Renzi's proposal: "Yes to severance pay in payroll"

The Aniem, which brings together around 8 manufacturing SMEs in the building sector adhering to the Cofimi Impresa system, welcomes the proposal launched by the premier. "We have to put the severance pay in the paycheck in full, perhaps on a voluntary basis and without taxing it like ordinary remuneration, but using reduced taxation"

So Dino Piacentini, president of Aniem, the Association of small and medium-sized manufacturing construction companies which brings together around 8 thousand SMEs adhering to the Confimi Impresa system. "Let's not anchor ourselves behind specious reasons, we are talking about workers' money and it is right that they decide any forms of health care or supplementary social security: enough with delegating choices and decisions that exclusively concern the lives of workers and their families" , he concludes.
