Increase employee satisfaction Tim. According to the 2021 edition of the Tim Group Employee Climate Survey, theEngagement Survey created together with the Mercer – Sirota company, to measure the level of employee satisfaction with their work. According to the survey, in the last three years this value has increased by 20 percentage points.

In detail, the survey involved over 40 thousand employees, with a double result both in terms of participation (83%) and in terms of engagement (76%). A value that surpassed the current benchmark of companies in Italy (equal to 73%) and the international Industry benchmark (equal to 75%).

A result achieved thanks to a Multi-year Action Plan and structured and continuous listening to staff. The initiatives have also “guaranteed concrete support to the quality of private and professional life of collaborators, allowing them to express their potential. In this context, the corporate welfare projects implemented by the company are considered a means of increasing people's well-being and improving their work-life balance”, reads a note from the group.

Finally, this year the group analyzed the experience of its employees also through the "Great Place To Work" model, obtaining the relative certification from the international institute as "best working environment according to its employees".
