The Spanish auction gives oxygen to Piazza Affari

La Spain sold bonds maturing in 2014, 2015 and 2017 for €2,22 billion, more than the maximum target of €2 billion, against a good question. But as expected had to deliver higher rates. The average two-year yield jumped to 4,706% from 2,069% in March, that of the 5-year to 6,072% from 4,96% in May and that of the 3-year to 5,547% from 4,876%.

On the government bond market, the BTP marks a yield of 5,67%, down from 5,73% yesterday. Spread contracting to 403 points (-9 basis points).

They regain altitude the banks, all in positive ground. Banco Popolare scores +0,53%, preceded by Bpm with +1,28% and Monte Paschi with +2,23%. Intesa (+0,78%) and Unicredit (+1,23%) are also on the rise after the actions of the Libyan partner. Mediobanca rises by 2,55%, Generali by 0,69%.

On positive ground the Agnelli stable: Exor +0,53%, Fiat Industrial +0,39% and Fiat +0,15%.

The Rome labor judge ordered Fiat the hiring of 145 workers enrolled in Fiom in the Pomigliano d'Arco plant. “The judge – declares the lawyer Franco Focareta, who is part of the board of defense of Fiom – essentially recognized the behavior of Fiat as discriminatory, which, having already employed around 2.200 people in the Pomigliano newco, has not hired any enrolled in Fiom".
