It's a party on world price lists. They run European stock exchanges and on the rise it is also Wall Street. Fireworks for Piazza Affari which kicks into gear after Monti's words at the press conference: +6,59%, the best performance of 2012 and the twelfth since 1998, the year of privatization of the Stock Exchange. The flying banks are the protagonists: Unicredit +14,26%, Intesa +11,58%, Banco Popolare +11,31, Bper +10,45%, Bpm +9,55%.

Also celebrating is the Btp-bund spread which drops to 423 from yesterday's close at 468, (but today it dropped to 409 points), and a yield of 5,81%. Bono-bund spread plummets to 474 after closing yesterday at 542.

Madrid leaps by 5,66%, Frankfurt rises by 4,33%, Paris by 4,75%, London remains behind with +1,42%. On Wall Street, the Dow Jones rose by 1,76% and the Nasdaq by 2,45%. US stocks look to Europe and cash in on the disappointment of Rim's quarterly results, which closed a net loss of 518 million dollars lower than analysts' estimates and the postponement of the new Blackberry. Then there is the data on consumer confidence from the University of Michigan which dropped to 73,2 points at the end of June from 79,3 in May, below analysts' expectations.

The euro rises against the dollar to 1,2676 with the highest increase against the dollar in the last six months. Oil jumped 5,88% to 82,26 dollars a barrel.

At Piazza Affari only Ansaldo Sts closes negative at -1,15%. The "worst" stocks of the Ftse Mib close with an increase of at least 2% such as Impregilo, Lotttomatica +2,49% and Luxottica +2,64%

All eyes on the Fondiaria Sai insurance hub where the Unipol operation is once again at risk after the intervention of the judicial custodian of the 20% of Premafin in the hands of the Trusts who asked to convene a new meeting to allow the shareholders to judge the options in the field.
