The future of La Perla will decide a competitive race to be held next week, Tuesday 4 June. This was announced in a note released by the lingerie company, which reports that the Court of Bologna has decided to suspend any decision on the request for composition with creditors presented by the company until the outcome of the tender is known competitive.
On the plate, for the rescue of the Bolognese company, there is also the offer delivered to the Court by Silvio Scaglia's Sms Finance for the lease of the business branch, an alternative to Calzedonia's proposal which is currently in Exclusive negotiations with JH Partners, shareholder fund of La Perla.
