The Luiss Business School becomes a Spa and focuses on the international market

La Luiss Business School becomes a Spa. The school of management continues its path of growth and internationalization launching "a process of strategic change that puts it even more in a position to compete with the large international management training institutions". She said it Luigi Fir, former president of Luiss who has been entrusted with the management of the new legal entity together with professor Raffaele Oriani, formerly Associate Dean for Faculty and Director of the Custom & Consulting Business Unit, who will be appointed Scientific Director. "The Luiss Business School Spa with this operation intends to consolidate and enhance the important results achieved so far through its ability to integrate interdisciplinary academic knowledge and expertise of professionals and business managers".

The new Spa, explains a note, goes beyond national borders and the emerging needs of the markets with greater involvement of the University's teachers. The managerial training programs, in the strategic development lines of the NewCo, will be accompanied by activities in line with the needs of the business world and institutional bodies (from open consulting to impact research, from fully digital programs to custom initiatives for the market ).

There are various trajectories of this operation: aligning governance with international best practices; build a global brand identity also through growth in rankings; assume a key role in training the talents needed for the development of the country; develop new initiatives in line with emerging market needs; strengthen the ability to react to the rapidly changing competitive environment of higher education globally.

"The continuous transformations of the labor market at a global level and the development needs of our country require new management models of higher education structures and the choices we have identified for the Business School go precisely in this direction", he instead said the president of Luiss, Vincenzo Boccia.
