The House of The Human Safety Net is looking for young "changermakers" on issues of inclusiveness and sustainability: the initiative takes place on 23 May and 10 June in Venice

This is “Involved! Gamification for Sustainable Changemakers”, the new proposal from the House of The Human Safety Net, which will take place on 23 May and 10 June from 17.00pm to 19.00pm at the Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco in Venice

Our Labs interactive, activities Gamification e opportunity to connect with other young people change makers committed to the issues ofsocial inclusion and sustainability.

The event, born from a project of the associations Baba Yaga e A32030 Social Innovation Designers OdV under the program “Concierge of Sestiere Giudecca” sponsored by CAV-CSV Venice and part of Sustainable Development Festival 2024 promoted by ASviS, is aimed at university students changemakers che through the process of Gamification they will be able to investigate and discover new strategies to have a positive impact on society. THE workshops, open to all, will be led by counselor exceptional such as Renato Mingardi and Atefa Kooshki of A2030 Next leaders, Elisa Brumat, Keeper of the Game and President of Baba Yaga, e Mario Cusmai, experiential learning facilitator, LEGO play coach, Seroius Play, MTa, and Kaospilot.

Among the participants there will be local entities such asVenice Rebels”, students of the IUSVE university who work under the coordination of the agencycraftedediVeniSIA–Venicetheoldestcityofthefuture to the design of a new strategic plan to guarantee Venice a sustainable future; The students from the Ca' Foscari University of Venice and the University of Padua engaged with UNDP e Generali Group to shape the next Human Development Report and, finally, the young migrants and refugees of the association A2030 Social Innovation Designers Next Leaders, also students of the Universities of Venice and Padua. Participants in the initiative will be able to choose the workshop of greatest interest, among Social Skills Cards, Scramble Words Game, Buy the Body, LEGO® & CartAE workshop, or get involved with more than one working group to give their contribution on several fronts.

The workshops will end at 18.00 pm

It will be so then visit the interactive exhibition “A World of Potential” to explore their strengths and the temporary exhibition “About Us. Tracey Snelling for The Human Safety Net” in the Art Studio.. The event will end with Social Impact Aperitif.

La Home of The Human Safety Net is open every day except Tuesday from 10.00 to 19.00. On Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, entry is free with voluntary donation for residents of Venice and the Metropolitan City, students of the city's universities up to 26 years of age with a valid card and holders of the Carta Venezia Unica. The last Sunday of the month entry it's free for everyone. Terraces open every Sunday. For school and university groups entry he is always free.
