Kerself, formalized settlement agreement with Mais

Kerself has formalized the settlement agreement with Mais Spa. This was communicated by the same company specialized in solar photovoltaic systems, specifying that the agreement came "against the payment of 200 thousand euros of interest produced by the convertible bond loan (Poc) of the value of 10 million euros from which the rescheduling in six installments of the credit of 21,080 million claimed by Mais against Kerself begins".

The loan was based on two contracts: the Poc of 10 million euro (with interest at 2% per annum), approved by Kerself's Board of Directors on 25 February 2008, and a sale option contract (Put) "granted by Kerself to Mais and concerning the shares held by the latter in Helios Technology Spa at the price of 10,88 million euros”.

The agreement also provides for "the payment of the first installment following the completion of the capital increase and the payment of the other installments". An agreement "to be framed in the broader design of the financial package - underline again by Kerself - and which represents an important step forward towards the recovery of the company".

The news was received positively in Piazza Affari, where around 10 am Kerself's share gained half a point.
