The IPO of Fineco, the online bank of the Unicredit group, closed with one demand equal to 2,9 times the offer. The capitalization of the company, calculated on the basis of the offer price of 3,70 euros per share, will be equal to 2.243 million euros. The start of negotiations is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday 2 July.
The requests received - writes Fineco in a press release - concerned 609.079.891 shares. As part of the public offering, requests were received for 118.719.000 shares from 46.379 subjects, while requests for 490.360.891 shares were sent from 155 applicants following the institutional placement.
In total, 209.166.000 shares were ultimately awarded to 10.287 applicants. The securities in question are divided as follows: 181.883.000 sold by Unicredit and 27.283.000 linked to the full exercise of the Over Allotment Option.
Today, one hour after the opening, the Unicredit share on the Stock Exchange drops 0,25%, to 6,1 euros.
