Innovations in work organization methods and improvement of professional well-being are the qualifying elements of the new protocol signed on 21 February between the Insurance Division of Intesa Sanpaolo and the representatives of the trade union organizations

Intesa Sanpaolo: agreement with the unions for the Insurance Division

Intesa Sanpaolo's insurance business unit has reached an agreement with the unions which will be valid until 31 December 2025. The agreement provides for interventions on the economic treatment, on the work flexibility and onassistance. These are changes that involve 1.264 employees of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group insurance companies in Italy.

Signed on 21 February passed by the representatives of FISAC CGIL, FIRST CISL, UILCA, FNA and SNFIA, the new protocol provides for an important revision of the first level CCNL as well as the negotiation of the second level one. This ranges from the adjustment of some economic components (share of the company bonus) to the major flexibility in working hours, with the possibility of working from home up to 120 days a year (140 days for Information Systems personnel) with no monthly limits and recognition of afood voucher allowance €3,80 for remote work days. Furthermore, there is the possibility of working 4 days for 9 hours, for equal pay, on a voluntary basis, from Monday to Friday - compatibly with the company organization - choosing Monday or Friday of the same week as the day of rest.

The result achieved is the result of always greater integration – also from the point of
view of the treatments recognized to people – of Insurance Division in the Intesa Sanpaolo Group,
confirming its essential and strategic role.
