Thanks to artificial intelligence algorithms for semantic analysis and natural language processing, Cogito makes browsing the Intesa Sanpaolo website more intuitive, speeding up access to internet banking services and improving the use of information through an innovative search engine. interaction and research.

The new solution has allowed Intesa Sanpaolo to promptly achieve the innovation objectives underlying the group's digital strategy, also helping to improve the quality of online experience services.
