Intermonte debuts on Aim and the title flies

Sprint debut for Intermonte Partners, which this morning officially entered AIM Italia, the list of SMEs with high growth potential. In mid-afternoon, the shares stood at 3,07 euros, almost 10 percent more compared to the placement price of 2,80 euro. 

After landing on the Aim of Destination Italia, the list is therefore enriched with a new title, testifying to the newfound fascination of the Stock Exchange which in the coming months is ready to welcome ad other weight freshmen. 

Intermonte Partners, is the controlling holding company of Intermonte Sim, the independent investment bank specializing in institutional brokerage on the Italian market. The company obtained two days ago from Borsa Italiana the admission decision to the negotiations of 13.062.500 ordinary shares, put up for sale by over 60 shareholders. 

In this context it should be remembered that the float it will be equal to 36,1% of the share capital before any exercise of the greenshoe option and approximately 38% of the share capital in the event of full exercise of the option. The capitalization instead it is 101,3 million euros.
