Intesa Sanpaolo Personal Finance SpA, the reference company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group branches for the disbursement of personal loans and salary-backed loans, is now even closer to the needs of customers thanks to the integration of Neos Finance SpA, a specialized Group company in consumer credit.

With this integration, Intesa Sanpaolo Personal Finance, led by the General Manager Marco Cesareo, rationalizes the range of products and strengthens its distribution channels, effectively constituting a pole of excellence for consumer credit. With Intesa Sanpaolo Personal Finance, the Group strengthens itself in this sector and uniformly addresses the strategic and operational choices for both the captive and extra-captive channels.

Consumer credit shows a strong reaction to consumer expectations: if in recent months there has been a decrease linked to the general economic trend, overall there are an increasing number of customers who purchase loans through bank branches. In this context of development, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group wants to responsibly support the most important projects of its customers, assessing their financial sustainability. Indeed, for Italian families, consumer credit is increasingly a tool for planning their projects and managing the family budget in the best possible way.

The merger of Neos Finance into Intesa Sanpaolo Personal Finance resulted in the fifth national operator in the sector, with a market share of 8% and loans at 31 December 2012 amounting to €8,8 billion.
