Simplification is in fashion, and not just for the Monti government. InfoCamere and Assosoftware have in fact decided to help Italian companies in the computerization processes, trying to speed them up and make them as simple as possible. Valerio Zappala, general manager of InfoCamere (company in charge of creating and managing the telematic system of the 105 Chambers of Commerce), and Bonfiglio Mariotti, president of Assosoftware (national association representing management and tax software producers, part of Confindustria), this morning signed an agreement aimed at improving relations between companies that produce software and InfoCamere.

The objective of the agreement is to start initiatives that allow Italian companies to carry out the obligations required with respect to the chamber of commerce system in a simple, fast and effective way. Furthermore, the agreement is part of a broad computerization process, which aims to increasingly spread the use of open standards and to encourage the free market for companies in the Information Technology (IT) sector.
