Interpump's 2012: dividends grow by 41,7%, revenues and net income on the rise

The year that the world's largest manufacturer of professional high-pressure piston pumps looks back on is a record one. Revenues and net profit are growing. Debt improves and the Board proposes a 41,7% increase in dividends.

In 2012, double-digit growth results for Interpump. The revenues of the world's largest manufacturer of high pressure professional piston pumps increased by 11,8% (527 million euros) and net profit stood at 52,3 million (+22,9% compared to the previous year ). 

The Board of Directors has decided to propose to the assembly (convened for 30 April) to distribute a legislative decreedividend of 0,17 cents per share, equal to an increase of 41,7% on the previous year. The financial position has also improved: debt at the end of 2012 has gone from 127 million in 2011 to 74,5 million. At 15.12 pm the Interpump Group share was quoted at 6,215 euro, with an increase of 1,72.
