Group of International Schools to be Acquired by Inspired – The deal is expected to close in mid-September.

Hig sells the International School of Europe

Hig Europe, the European branch of the international investment fund Hig Capital, has announced the signing of a binding agreement with Inspired for the sale of the International School of Europe (ISE). Completion of the transaction is expected by mid-September. Terms of the sale have not been made public.

Ise, founded in 1958 by the Formiga family, is a group of international schools with over 1.800 Italian and foreign students aged between 3 and 18 and with offices in Milan, Modena, Monza and Siena. It is one of the most prestigious international schools in Europe for the achievement of the International Baccalaureate.
