The second edition of "The thousand faces of service" is available online, the Hera Group thematic report describing the services that the multi-utility makes available to customers in the environmental, water and energy fields.
Among the most important issues stands out the support to users in difficulty. In the last year, the Group signed 63 protocols with the Municipalities which made it possible to avoid 90% of the suspension of supplies for customers assisted by social services.
Tariff supports for water and energy services amounted to 6,8 million euros in 2016, also considering bonuses and subsidies which have been added to those envisaged by the Authority (the Authority for electricity, gas and the water system).
On the other hand, more than 186 thousand bills were paid in installments during the year for a total amount of 112,5 million euros.
