In particular, France Presse reports it, quoting Greek government sources, according to which i representatives of Greece found an agreement at technical level with those of the European Union and the International Monetary Fund, which should make it possible to unblock the payment of new aid to the country. 

Alexis Tsipras will therefore keep in constant contact with the leaders working on the agreement hypothesis, which would envisage "lower primary surplus targets for the first year and no recessive measures".
