Grazia Fimiani is the new Human Resources and Organization Director of Eni. Born in Salerno, a son, the 44-year-old Fimiani, graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the Sapienza University of Rome, joined Eni in 1996 after a brief experience at the Banca di Roma.
In Eni he develops his professional career within the human resources function, initially gaining transversal experience on organization processes, HR planning and development of managerial resources.
Subsequently, he assumed management roles in international businesses, particularly in the gas&power sector, acquiring increasing responsibilities until he held the role of personnel manager of the then gas&power division.
During this phase, he coordinates the human resource management aspects connected to business development projects, with particular reference to the integration of companies subject to acquisition at European level and to the business re-engineering processes required by the growing exposure of the sector to market dynamics .
Grazia Fimiani will report to Claudio Granata, Eni's Chief Services & Stakeholder Relations Officer.
