Government and majority defeated five times in the House on the bill for the development of urban green spaces. Three of the rejections came on amendments, the fourth on a request for referral back to committee.
Initially, an amendment by Elisabetta Zamparutti (Pd) was approved with the contrary opinion of the rapporteur and the Government. Then the majority's proposal to refer the measure to the Commission was rejected. After the approval of an amendment by the commission and of article 1, a new defeat in the first vote of the amendments to article 2 (also presented by Zamparutti)”.
“Here they are again; first three votes of the week, majority beaten three times”. So Dario Franceschini commented on the government's rejection today. "Without a vote of confidence, the majority is gone," stressed the leader of the Democratic Party on Twitter.
