Generali Real Estate buys property in Paris from Bnp Paribas

General Real Estate bought an important office complex in Issy Les Moulineaux, near Paris from BNP Paribas REIM. The properties were purchased by BNP Paribas Reim, on behalf of Generali Europe Income Holding and Gf Pierre, two pan-European funds managed by Generali Real Estate Sgr. 

The amount of the operation has not been officially disclosed, but according to rumors cited by Radiocor, the amount paid would be around around 190 million euros. 

The building of approximately 20.000 square meters is located as mentioned in Issy les Moulineaux, in the immediate south-western suburban area of ​​Paris, overlooking on the left bank of the Seine. Built in 2003 and refurbished in 2014 with high quality standards and with French environmental certification Hqe, the building is fully leased to two French financial institutions. 

“The acquisition is fully in line with Generali Real Estate's strategy of investing in high quality properties in the most important and resilient European cities such as the Paris Region, and confirms the importance of the French market in the company's investment strategy“, says the company, very active in the office sector with over 900 buildings for this use throughout Europe.
