Generali Italia awarded at the MMF Award for language simplification

Generali Italy was awarded at Milan Marketing Festival Award in the Finance/Insurance Category for "the process of simplifying the language of its communications to customers and agents with the aim of making information clearer and more accessible to all".

The acknowledgment was assigned as part of the second edition of the Milano Marketing Festival. Lucia Sciacca, communication and social responsibility director of Generali Italia, collected the award.

In the field of language simplification, Generali Italia has recently launched Simple How, the new communication platform – with its website and social channels – to explain Technology, Innovation and Trends to users.

Semplice Come is part of the "Let's simplify words" program, launched in 2017, which aims to make Generali communications clear, immediate and accessible.

With this in mind, the Company is also progressively rewriting the contractual dossier of the main products in the catalogue, adopting simple language. The new insurance solutions, to be released in 2018, will also be "simplified native" in terms of language.
