The American Ge Oil & Gas, a division of General Electric, is investing a further 10 million euros in the Talamona plant, in the province of Sondrio, where two new lines for the production of high-tech components have been inaugurated. The Valtellina center produces turbine blades and components for compressors for the oil & gas industry. The new investments will be made over a two-year period, also thanks to the collaboration and contribution of the Lombardy Region, through a project launched in March 2015 with a total duration of 24 months.
