The law firm Pavesi White Cats continues in the growth process with the entry of the new partner Valentina Canalini, entrusting her with the department Networks, Energy and Infrastructures, assisted by senior associate Sofia Gentiloni Silveri. 

Valentina Canalini comes from the Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners studio and specializes in the energy, transport and infrastructure sectors, both in the context of Corporate/M&A transactions and in Project Financing and PPPs. He has assisted both Italian and foreign clients in the various stages of development and financing of energy plants (production and storage of energy, both from renewable and conventional sources) and infrastructure projects (motorways, railways, hospitals, etc.).  

Graduated in law with honors from the University of Milan, she attended the University of California, Berkeley as a Visiting Scholar in 2007 and obtained a PhD in Company Law and Financial Markets from the University of Bologna in 2014. From January 2017 to June 2018 she was Legal Advisor to the President of the Council of Ministers, with particular focus on investments in strategic sectors.  

The entry of Valentina Canalini and Sofia Gentiloni Silveri represents a further step in the growth path undertaken by the Firm, leading to a consolidation of the current expertise in the transport, energy and telecommunications sectors, allowing for synergistic work with existing practices , including, in particular, administrative law and structured finance.
