The Electricity and Gas Authority has approved the tariffs for 2012 for the transport, dispatching and metering of natural gas. The tariff was calculated on the basis of the reference revenues, equal to 1862 million euros, of which approximately 113 million relating to incentives for development investments. Snam Rete Gas communicated it today in a note which underlined that the actual revenues for 2012 will have to take into account the growth in volumes transported compared to the reference value, equal to 75,7 billion cubic metres.
Finally, the note reads, the Rab (Regulatory Asset Base, i.e. the value of the net invested capital calculated on the basis of the rules defined by the Authority) is 13,7 billion euros as at 31 December 2010.
At Piazza Affari, the Snam Rete Gas share at 10.15 lost 1,43% to 3,314 euros.
