As part of the initiatives for the centenary of the birth of Bruno Visentini, the Foundation that bears the name of the eminent scholar and politician is promoting a seminar on Monday afternoon in Rome at the Chamber of Deputies (Palazzo Marini, via Poli 19, 14.30pm) which will present and discuss the lines of a research project on the "Discipline of Spas in comparison with other international legislations". After the presentation by the president of the Foundation, Alessandro Laterza, the scientific director of the Foundation, Gustavo Visentini, will illustrate the contents of the research project on which a vast discussion will open with scholars, academics and operators.
Speeches by the Presidents emeritus of the Constitutional Court, Giovanni Maria Flick and Franco Gallo, by the former deputy director of the Bank of Italy, Pierluigi Ciocca, by magistrates of the Cassation such as Renato Rordorf and Luigi Rovelli, by scholars such as the state councilor Paolo De Ioanna, the honorable Matteo Colaninno and many other scholars and operators, including the former Consob commissioner Luca Enriques and the former president of RCS, Piergaetano Marchetti.
