No tax bills or communications from the tax authorities in August. To simplify relations with citizens and reduce inconvenience, the Revenue Agency and the Revenue-Collection Agency, in agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, communicated with a note the suspension of the notification of more than one million between folders, liquidation notices, requests for documentation and letters of compliance.
In all, the note reads, there are around 650 communications from the Revenue Agency and around 450 folders from the Revenue Agency – Collection which would have been delivered in the month of August.
Notification of all frozen documents will resume in September. In any case, during the weeks of suspension of notifications, the ordinary activities of the structures of both agencies will continue without interruption.
