The most sustained increase, according to the Cerved study, is observed among joint-stock companies, the legal form in which three-quarters of the cases are concentrated, which exceeded 6 thousand in the first half-year. On the other hand, the increase in the phenomenon was lower among partnerships (+5,9%) and among other forms (+1,8%).
