Exprivia takes flight on the Stock Exchange after the positive results recorded in 2021 and the announcement of the return to the dividend. By mid-morning the shares are still in volatility auction with a theoretical increase of +17,3%.
2021 of Exprivia
The design and development company for innovative software technologies and IT services closed 2021 with revenues up 8% at 181,7 million euros. Double-digit increase (+15%) for EBITDA, which rises to 24,6% euros, a figure equal to 13,5% of revenues. Net profit, on the other hand, recorded an increase of 17%. settling at 10,1 million euro, while the earnings per share was 0,2148 euro.
As at 31 December 2021, net financial debt was 26,5 million, an improvement of 13,8 million compared to -40,3 million in 2020.
Exprivia returns to the dividend
By virtue of the results achieved, the board of directors of Exprivia has proposed the distribution of a dividend of €0,048 per share. The coupon will be detached on Monday 9 May 2022, with payment on 11 May.

Lastly, added Favuzzi, "precisely in consideration of the results achieved, we have decided to propose, after a few years, the distribution of a dividend".
