The reference commercial interest rates applicable to and including 14 November 2017 have been published on the MiSE website.
The Ministry of Economic Development has published benchmark commercial interest rates, reported by the OECD, applicable from 15 October to 14 November 2017 included in export credit operations for which the facilitation intervention of Simest Spa is requested.

Born in Venice, he obtained a master's degree in International Economics at the University of Padua with a thesis on "The Baltic economies in historical perspective: an example of systemic changes in the era of globalization". He has various international experiences, including periods of study at the Wroclaw University of Economics, Vilnius University and Krakow University of Economics, where he deepened his economic and financial studies.
