Etihad recruits Alitalia pilots: selection criteria and salary slips illustrated

Even before the end of the consultations for the sale of Alitalia - which will end on Friday - Ethiad begins to recruit pilots from among the Italians, redundant and not, of the Italian company. They did so today, in a meeting to which all Alitalia pilots had been invited, where all the advantages of being hired by Etihad were illustrated to the Italian pilots. From the standard pay slip, to the brochure on the quality of life in Abu Dahbi to the offer of a house with a prospectus of the villa complex. There is everything in the acquisition campaign of the company based in the Persian Gulf.

An Italian pilot leaving the meeting reported that the motivation for such a meeting lies in the fact that there are a hundred redundant Alitalia pilots, therefore Etihad is offering the opportunity for immediate relocation following the possible transition. Another pilot explains how a similar possibility is greedy for the youngest while it is indigestible for those aged 25 or even more. Obviously the delivery of silence applies to all the contents of the meeting.
