Equitalia: new possibility of installments for those who had lost the right. The new modules are online

Persons who lapsed on December 2014 can submit a new application for the installment of their tax debts. Equitalia publishes online the new application forms to be submitted by 31 July 2015.

Equitalia announces a new possibility for forfeited subjects to repay their tax debt in installments. The new installment plan is aimed at all those who have lapsed as of 31 December 2014. These taxpayers can be readmitted to the installment program by Equitalia by submitting a new application by 31 July 2015.

Those who have lost the right to installments due to failure to pay 8 installments can request to defer their debt up to 72 installments, or 6 years. Equitalia announces that on the site www.gruppoequitalia.it the new models are available to join the installment plan.

“The reopening of installment payments – declares the managing director of Equitalia, Benedetto Mineo – represents an important opportunity for businesses and citizens most affected by the economic crisis. Thanks to this provision, taxpayers can take advantage of new favorable conditions to regularize payments and at the same time the recovery of amounts due to the State and to the various public creditor bodies is facilitated".

New installment

The new application must be submitted by 31 July 2015 using the online forms. The taxpayer can request a maximum of 72 installments and the new right expires following the non-payment of two installments, even if not consecutive. The new installment plan cannot be extended. This is what the new Milleproroghe decree provides, which has just been converted into law.

The numbers of the installment

Equitalia informs that about half of the collections take place through deferred payment plans. Since 2015 January 20, the agency has in fact received about 28,5 new installment requests per week for an amount of about 2014 billion euros. The possibility of deferring the payment made it possible to record a 4% increase in 4 compared to the previous year. In particular - reports Equitalia - the recovery of resources for the State has increased: Treasury +15%, Inps +17,5% and Inail +XNUMX%.
