Intesa Sanpaolo made public the new appointments inside Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking. These designations, some of which will only be effective following Supervisory approval, reflect the guidelines outlined last March 28 by the managing director and CEO Charles Messina during the process of renewing positions within the group.
At the center of this new structure stands the Wealth Management Division, led by Thomas Corcos, the aim of which is to accelerate growth and promote synergistic interaction between the different product factories. Directly under his supervision, we find the Asset Management, Insurance and Private Divisions of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, as well as the HR Coordination and Wealth Management Organization areas, entrusted respectively to Giulia Zanichelli e Domenico Sphalanga for Finance Wealth Management coordination.

Paul Molesini was confirmed in the role of president of Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, while Linen Mainolfi he was appointed CEO and general manager.

Luca Bortolan has been designated responsible for the new Operational Coordination area, which includes the Operational Controls, Operations and Business Transformation, Legal and Direct Banking structures.

Christian Fiorini was appointed general manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, while Andrea Ghidoni will assume responsibility for the Fideuram Network and Commercial Coordination. In the end, Davide Elli he was appointed CEO and general manager of Fideuram Asset Management Sgr, as well as being responsible for the Investment Center of Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
