The birth of the “grande Fideuram” is upon us thanks to the integration of Isp Private Banking and other companies in the savings sector. Intesa Sanpaolo is grappling with a real reorganization of asset management and the renewal of top positions in the group companies.

An extraordinary meeting of Fideuram is scheduled for 22 June at which the reorganization of offices could be announced. According to information gathered by Il Sole 24Ore, the management board of Intesa has identified Matteo Colafrancesco, the current CEO, as the next president of the company. Paolo Molesini should sit alongside him as managing director.

And the current Chairman of Fideuram, Enrico Salza should instead take the chair of Chairman of Intesa Sanpaolo Group Service. Company founded in 1999 with the aim of concentrating operational, IT and real estate services in a single organizational machine. Since 2012, its field of action has been further expanded to include personnel administration and training services, consultancy, legal assistance and debt collection for the most non-performing positions.

The leadership of Fideuram will officially pass to the Colafrancesco-Molesini couple starting next July XNUMXst. They will be responsible for the reorganization of the asset management companies within the group. The starting point for the moment is the fact that Fideuram will be the aggregator of the other group companies whose differences in the types of services offered to customers are however to be safeguarded.
