After the purchases announced today, considering the treasury shares already held, as of February 14, 2014 Eni holds 16.538.287 treasury shares equal to 0,46% of the share capital.
In just a few days, from 10 to 14 February, Eni purchased 645 treasury shares for a total value of 10.839.847,47 euros.
The move comes as part of the buyback operation approved by the oil company's shareholders' meeting on May 10, 2013.
