Scaccording to what can be learned from Consob communications on significant shareholdings, People's Bank of China rose to 2,004% of the capital of Enel. The operation is dated June 12, 2015.
Previously, the Central Bank of China had no obligation to disclose its holding (and therefore it was null or below 2%).
In mid-afternoon the title Enel loses almost 0,7% in Piazza Affari, in contrast with the Milanese Stock Exchange, which is oriented towards recovery after a morning in negative territory. The value of the share is in any case above the 4 euro threshold, a 4,096 euro.
