Emergenza Spettacolo: the platform for grant applications is online

It is online on the site www.spettacolodalvivo.beniculturali.it the public notice for the entertainment emergency fund, envisaged by the decree signed at the end of April by the Minister for cultural heritage and activities and for tourism, Dario Franceschini, which initiates the procedures for the distribution of 20 million euros in support of the performing arts realities that did not receive contributions from the FUS in 2019.

The speedy registration times by the supervisory bodies thus make it possible to make available in the short term a first tranche of the resources allocated with the funds established by the "Cura Italia" decree, launched by the Government on 17 March, which allocate 130 million euros to entertainment and cinema emergencies.

The resources will be divided equally for each beneficiary and will be donated to the subjects who present an application in compliance with four simple requirements: provide for the performance of live entertainment activities in the statute or in the deed of incorporation; have a registered office in Italy; not having received contributions from the FUS in 2019; have held a minimum of 1 performances between 2019 January 29 and 2020 February 15 and have paid social security contributions for at least 45 working days, or, alternatively, have hosted, in the period between 1 January 2019 and 29 February 2020 , a minimum of 10 performances being up to date with the payment of social security contributions.

Applications can be submitted using the forms prepared and made available on the online platform of the FUS Entertainment General Management https://www.dos.beniculturali.it/login.php and must be received by 16:00 pm on 25 May 2020.
