Propeller ended 2013 with consolidated revenues equal to 391,8 million euros, up on an annual basis by 4,2% at constant exchange rates and by 1,8% net of the exchange rate effect.
The budget was approved today by the shareholders' meeting of the cooker hood company, which also gave the go-ahead for the distribution of a dividend equal to 2,69 cents per share (gross of legal withholdings), to be paid on 29 May. The shareholders' meeting also authorized the purchase of treasury shares.
As for the other main balance sheet items, on theEBITDA 2013 – amounting to 3 million euro, down by 66,0% compared to 2012 -, the accrual for restructuring charges linked to the plan to downsizing the workforce in Italy (5,3 million) has an impact. Net debt instead increased from 67,1 to 66,7 million.
In the afternoon, Elica's stock traded slightly below parity, at 1,97 euro, going against the largely positive performance of Piazza Affari (+1,7%).
