Financial education: D2-Women Squared is back

The appointment is for Tuesday 12 February. Part D2-Women squared, the initiative launched by Global Thinking Foundation to help women in their financial education journey for free.

The events will be held in Civitavecchia, Bracciano and Rome and will be held under the patronage of the Lazio Region in the Active Spaces of Lazio Innova.

“The initiative created by the Global Thinking Foundation in collaboration with Assiom Forex is aimed at women who have experienced situations of economic isolation, returning from divorce or who have suffered domestic violence. The aim is to help them to be protagonists again and to get out of the social and work exclusion into which their previous condition had plunged them.

Claudia Segre, president of the Global Thinking Foundation, declared: "The experience of the D 2 project - Women squared continues, which is responding to a multiplicity of requests on the national territory, from North to South, confirming a widespread sensitivity to financial literacy issues . We are delighted to be able to be present and involve the women of such an important Italian region as Lazio."

Teachers, managers of banks and institutions will participate who will educate the participants by providing them with the foundations of financial education necessary to build a future.

As for practical information: The courses will be held at the Sportelli Donna Forza 8 of the Active Spaces of Lazio Innova in Rome Casilina, Civitavecchia and Bracciano and are totally free. There are currently 10 Active Spaces in the region: Roma Casilina, Roma Tecnopolo, Bracciano, Civitavecchia, Colleferro, Ferentino, Latina, Rieti, Viterbo, Zagarolo. They offer information on the activities offered by the Lazio Region and business assistance services. Inside there are the FabLabs to bring schools and businesses closer to 3D technology; the laboratories dedicated to business incubation and the Talent Working spaces, available to anyone who wants to embark on a journey with Lazio Innova to validate a business idea or give life to a startup.
