The resources made available to the Regions by the Cassa depositi e prestiti for redevelopment, renovation, safety measures and construction of school buildings reach 905 million euros.
"These resources - explains the Cassa in a note - derive from an agreement between the CDP and the EIB, which entered into two funding contracts, the last of which today, for an amount of 455 million euros, which are added to a first tranche of 450 million euro finalized last July”.
The CDP will be able to grant thirty-year loans to the Regions with reimbursement charges borne by the State and at particularly advantageous conditions. All the information for applying for funding is available on the CDP portal.
