Among the ten key events of 2014, "Time" magazine places the arrival of digital currency in first place. Bitcoins are the phenomenon of the moment.

The first truly world-wide and global currency is being born on the Net like not even the dollar and the euro have managed to be. The mysterious and fascinating virtual currency created in 2009 by Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonym of the anonymous internet user who invented and developed it, has attracted the attention of a whole series of institutional subjects over the course of a few years (e.g. the ECB , the FBI, or the Federal Reserve itself), entrepreneurs and simple users, increasing its value and the volume of transactions, until it reached the incredible exchange value of over $2013 at the end of November 1000.

The ebook bitcoins. The other side of the cointa, written by a team of authors of the ADLP law firm's bitcoin study group, offers an in-depth economic-legal reflection on Internet cryptocurrency, analyzed in its main aspects: technical, social, legal and economic.

These are fundamental aspects, which are being discussed in all countries of the world and at an international level, which need to be explored, because bitcoin has already spontaneously landed in the "real world" and is spreading rapidly, as evidenced by the recent opening of the first ATMs for bitcoin in the USA and Hong Kong.

By reading this ebook, you can truly present yourself prepared for your appointment with the future.
