Simplifications: fines will be paid online

Le Fines can be paid online. This is what an amendment by the rapporteurs provides for decree on simplifications approved by the Constitutional Affairs and Productive Activities commissions of the Chamber, which introduces theobligation for the administrations to publish the Iban codes on their website to allow the payment of penalties electronically. The offices will also have to specify the data and codes to be indicated in the reason for payment.  The law takes effect within a month and a half of the entry into force of the decree.
